Many people are familiar with Parkersburg from the two critically acclaimed films that focus on the area’s environmental issues with PFOA/PFOS water supply contamination,

but most are unfamiliar with the unique culture of the city. 50-77 takes look into the past and present of some of the most iconic fixtures of the city along the Ohio.

Production of 50-77 began in fall 2014 with prinicple photography occuring all over the city.

The film features interviews with iconic figures like former mayors Bob Newell and Jimmy Columbo, as well as candid comments from regular citizens.
